The First Haihe Elite Forum of Lung Cancer Surgery
The First Haihe Elite Forum on Lung Cancer Surgery, which was hosted by TJLCC, in cooperation with the surgical department of the lung cancer panel of CACA and TJACA, and Association of Telemedical consultation, was held by TMUCIH on November 10th 2019.
The forum, which attracted the majority of China’s top scientists and experts in lung cancer surgery, promoted in-depth cooperation between peers and enhanced the standard of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer through extensive discussion of recent cutting edge achievements in lung cancer surgical practice.

There is still a high incidence and mortality from lung cancer in China which has received increasing recognition and concern from the public in recent years. Comprehensive surgical based treatment remains the major counter measure against this disease. The lectures given during this forum by the scholars from the domestic academic authorities provided a platform of intercommunication among doctors and enabled further cooperation.
