Fengqi Dong ，Professor
Academic Activities
Professor Fengqi Dong is the Head Nurse of Department of Hepatobiliary and the Surgical Head Nurse of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital, for almost 30 years. Currently her role entails oversight of the clinical care delivery for abdominal cancer and advanced cancer patients. She is a master student’s supervisor of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chairman of Tianjin Nursing Society - Surgical Nursing Session. She has been serving as a judge for national, provincial and municipal nursing skill competitions for many years. She has published five book chapters, such as Nursing Oncology, Nursing Skills, and has over 20 peer-reviewed journal papers on cancer, among which including three SCI papers. She is widely invited to speak at national and international conferences. Currently, she is an editor and reviewer for several journals, including Nursing Research, Chinese Nursing Management, and Journal of Nursing Science. She received five research grants and one technological innovation award.
