Prof. Li Qiang is chief physician and professor of oncology, adviser of doctoral degree candidate. In 1984, Prof. Li graduated from Tianjin Medical College (i.e. now Tianjin Medical University). At present He is the Vice Dean of Tianjin Medical University, Vice-President of Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital.
